Les infraccions dels drets de Propietat Industrial i Intel\u00b7lectual ocasionen quantioses p\u00e8rdues econ\u00f2miques, amb la conseg\u00fcent destrucci\u00f3 d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 i riquesa.<\/p>\n<p>La usurpaci\u00f3 i la pirateria de drets de PI han augmentat de manera notable en els \u00faltims anys i es manifesten en la comercialitzaci\u00f3 dels productes i la seva fabricaci\u00f3, aix\u00ed com en la seva distribuci\u00f3. Les noves tecnologies i Internet, lluny d&#8217;aportar soluci\u00f3 al problema, l&#8217;agreugen. La venda en l\u00ednia de productes falsificats ha esdevingut habitual i la creen\u00e7a que tot el que pot obtenir-se en la xarxa \u00e9s genu\u00ed i no planteja problema o cap risc \u00e9s err\u00f2nia. Les mercaderies falsificades poden plantejar seriosos problemes de seguretat (en les joguines, per exemple) o riscos per a la salut (medicaments, cosm\u00e8tics).
