Alguns actius intangibles tenen una vida limitada, com les patents, els models d&#8217;utilitat, els dissenys industrials o els drets d&#8217;autor, mentre que uns altres tenen una vida il\u00b7limitada, com el \u201cknow-how\u201d o la marca, que pot renovar-se indefinidament.<\/p>\n<p>Els actius intangibles contribueixen al desenvolupament i funcionament d&#8217;una empresa perqu\u00e8 s\u00f3n generadors de valor, sent capa\u00e7os de produir ingressos i de tancar el pas a altres competidors. Poden dividir-se en tres categories:<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Intangibles comercials: marques, noms comercials, drets d&#8217;autor, dominis d&#8217;internet, \u201cknow-how\u201d , entre altres.<br \/>\n\u25cf Intangibles de fabricaci\u00f3: patents, models d&#8217;utilitat, dissenys industrials, \u201cknow-how\u201d t\u00e8cnic no divulgat, secrets empresarials, processos de fabricaci\u00f3,
