{"id":3898,"date":"2022-07-18T18:49:16","date_gmt":"2022-07-18T18:49:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/curell.com\/?p=3898"},"modified":"2022-10-19T18:19:17","modified_gmt":"2022-10-19T18:19:17","slug":"el-marroc-sadhereix-a-lacta-de-ginebra-del-sistema-de-la-haia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/curell.com\/ca\/el-marroc-sadhereix-a-lacta-de-ginebra-del-sistema-de-la-haia\/","title":{"rendered":"El Marroc s\u2019adhereix a l\u2019Acta de Ginebra del Sistema de la Haia"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"single-blog-content entry wpex-mt-20 wpex-mb-40 wpex-clr\">\n<p>El 22 de juliol de 2022 entrar\u00e0 en vigor al Marroc l\u2019Acta de Ginebra de 1999 de l\u2019Arranjament de la Haia relatiu al registre Internacional de dissenys industrials.<\/p>\n<p>Cal recordar que el Marroc ha estat part contractant de l\u2019Acta de la Haia de 1960.<\/p>\n<p>Amb la seva adhesi\u00f3 a l\u2019Acta de 1999, les empreses i dissenyadors del Marroc passen de poder protegir els seus dibuixos i models industrials en els 34 pa\u00efsos signants de l\u2019Acta de 1960 als 94 pa\u00efsos que integren el Sistema de la Haia.<\/p>\n<p>Inversament, les empreses i dissenyadors dels pa\u00efsos que ja formen part de l\u2019Acta de 1999 podran incloure al Marroc en les seves sol\u00b7licituds de registre internacional.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta nova adhesi\u00f3 eleva a 69 el nombre de Parts Contractants de l\u2019Acta de Ginebra de 1999.
