\nPowers for Lawsuits must be signed before a Notary Public. If the grantor does so from outside Spain, the Power for Lawsuits must be legalised with the Apostille of the Hague Convention. In this case, the original documents are required. If the Power for Lawsuits has been granted in a language other than Spanish, it must be subject to a sworn translation.
