She works with an extensive network of correspondents and international law firms to ensure adequate trademark protection, tailored to the practices of each jurisdiction and to each client\u2019s commercial activity and international expansion plans. Her practice includes conducting availability searches, analysing the viability of new distinctive signs, identifying risks arising from prior rights, and advising on the best protection strategies. She also handles the filing and monitoring of trademark applications abroad, including the management of objections raised by industrial property offices. Her activities also include monitoring trademark rights in relation to third-party applications and devising strategies for opposition, invalidation and appeal proceedings.
