Her practice ranges from analyzing availability and processing applications and registrations to coordinating opposition, invalidity, revocation and appeal proceedings. She is also involved in preparing and coordinating evidence of use, reputation, renown, and acquired distinctiveness, as well as in the out-of-court resolution of disputes through formal notices, negotiations and coexistence agreements. She is involved in the strategic management of international trademark portfolios, reviewing their territorial coverage, identifying protection needs and adapting registration strategies to each client\u2019s commercial activity and international expansion plans.<\/p>\n<p>She also handles the registration of transfers, changes of name or address, and licenses relating to trademark rights and
