She joined CURELL SU\u00d1OL in\u00a0 2010. \u00a0Her functions in the Firm consist of attendance to meetings with examiners, members of the Board of Appeal and other officers of the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO), submission of applications, writs, replies to official actions and appeals, obtaining authorisations, legalisations and other formalities before official bodies, ministries, \u00a0embassies, consulates, the permanent representation of the European Commission in Madrid and other entities; representation of the firm in police interventions (counterfeiting), amongst other activities.<\/p>\n

She also handles patent formalities, both in connection with European Patent Validations in Spain and the protection of the client\u2019s patents abroad.<\/p>\n

She formerly worked as Administration and Marketing assistant in BLACK BOX COMUNICACIONES S.A. and as Head of Commercial Department in PREMIER ESPA\u00d1A S.A. (Les Nouveaux Constructeurs).<\/i><\/p>\n

She holds a Degree in Marketing by the\u00a0Centro Espa\u00f1ol de Nuevas Profesione<\/i>s, a Master in Advertisement, Marketing, Communication, E-Commerce and Protocol by the\u00a0Escuela Europea de Direcci\u00f3n y Empresa<\/i>\u00a0and a Post-Degree Diploma in Intellectual Property Administration by\u00a0Escuela de Organizaci\u00f3n Industrial<\/i>\u00a0(EOI).<\/p>\n
