On 26 January 2026<\/strong>, the conference \u2018Intellectual property rights: what to do if I suffer or commit an infringement\u2019 will take place in Barcelona, organised by ACCI\u00d3 \u2013 Agency for Business Competitiveness of the Government of Catalonia.<\/p>\n

This session is aimed at companies and professionals who wish to learn, from a practical perspective, how to adequately protect their intellectual property rights and how to act both in the event of an infringement and in the event of having committed one.<\/p>\n

As part of this conference, our partner Emil Edissonov will participate as a speaker<\/strong>, addressing the following points: legal mechanisms for action, evidence, notifications and response strategies, costs and risks.<\/p>\n

An opportunity to understand how to anticipate legal risks, make informed decisions and effectively protect intangible assets.<\/p>\n
