On 27 January 2026<\/strong>, the session \u2018IP & Online Competition Morning: Beyond the logo: the rise and limits of position marks in the EU and Spain\u2019 will be held online, organised by the Competition and Industrial Property Law Section of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB).<\/p>\n

At the event, our partner Emil Edissonov<\/strong> will be in charge of presenting and moderating the session, guiding the dialogue with the speaker and facilitating the development of the practical and theoretical content to be discussed.<\/p>\n
