From 1 June 2024, the EPLC is the only Certificate allowing a European Patent Attorney <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">to<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">qualify<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">as<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> a<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Representative before the UPC.<\/span><span
