Our Team
We promote equality, diversity and inclusion because we strongly believe in the value of interculturality within the team. We facilitate teleworking and offer flexible working hours to allow for family reconciliation and personal time. We apply occupational risk prevention policies and carry out regular assessments, training and prevention activities in psychosocial and ergonomic aspects. We also offer continued education in foreign languages and office automation.

Social Funds and Community Programs
CURELL SUÑOL’s Board of Directors decided to donate 3% of the annual turnover to social organizations. We collaborate on an ongoing basis with FUNDACIÓ ARRELS (an organization that provides care and guidance to homeless people living on the streets of Barcelona) and with other organizations, such as ASSOCIACIÓ ALBA (El Rosal, workshop for social integration, Tàrrega), Can Cuní (Educational centre, Banyoles) and GhanABC (Educational project, Koforidua, Ghana), inter alia.

We seek to contribute to the preservation of the environment through sustainable energy saving, reuse and recycling, promoting zero waste practices with the use of biodegradable materials and the conversion to the paperless office model, which has led to a substantial reduction in the consumption of paper, ink and other printer consumables.
Since 2017 we have received the “Sustainable Company” certificate from Barcelona City Council, in recognition of this commitment to promote the consolidation of sustainable policies and the reduction of our environmental footprint.
