Emil joined CURELL SUÑOL in 2010. He is an associate in the firm’s Barcelona office. His specialities include trademarks, copyright, designs, patents, unfair competition, domain names, and sports law. He represents clients before the Spanish courts, the Court of Justice of the EU, national and international bodies, and in settlement negotiations.
From 2008 to 2010, he worked in the IP boutique Roland & Douglas.
Emil is secretary of the Competition and Industrial Property Law Section of Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB).
He also teaches in the Course on Unfair Competition and the Course on the Law of Trademarks, Patents, and Designs of Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB).
