He joined CURELL SUÑOL in 1991. He deals with recordal applications of assignments, change of owner’s name and address, and licenses of use of patent and utility model files in Spain and worldwide.
His functions in the firm also consist in verifying and entering data of IP files into the computer system, preparing lists of IP files, preparing and sending renewal notices and reminders, corresponding with clients and associates, invoicing, surveilling and monitoring deadlines; administrative management of files. He also prepares selective industrial design watching services and provides with administrative support the Legal Department in connection with design and patent litigation.
