She joined CURELL SUÑOL in 2007 and practises in the field of trademark law, advising national and international clients on the protection, management, defence and exploitation of their trademark rights. Her work focuses in particular on the design and implementation of international trademark protection strategies, as well as on the coordination of proceedings and actions across multiple jurisdictions, in collaboration with an extensive network of foreign correspondents.
She advises on conducting prior art searches, analysing registrability, assessing risks and defining strategies for the filing and protection of new trademarks. Furthermore, he is involved in the strategic management of international portfolios, including monitoring and defence against third-party applications, the analysis of potential conflicts, and the coordination of opposition, invalidity, revocation and appeal proceedings, as well as trademark litigation. Her practice also encompasses the negotiation and out-of-court settlement of disputes, as well as the review and negotiation of coexistence agreements.
