She joined CURELL SUÑOL in 2008 and practises in the field of trademark law, advising on the protection, management and defence of trademark portfolios, particularly in international matters.
She has extensive experience in coordinating cases and proceedings worldwide, working closely with correspondents and local solicitors in various jurisdictions. Her practice ranges from analyzing availability and processing applications and registrations to coordinating opposition, invalidity, revocation and appeal proceedings. She is also involved in preparing and coordinating evidence of use, reputation, renown, and acquired distinctiveness, as well as in the out-of-court resolution of disputes through formal notices, negotiations and coexistence agreements. She is involved in the strategic management of international trademark portfolios, reviewing their territorial coverage, identifying protection needs and adapting registration strategies to each client’s commercial activity and international expansion plans.
She also handles the registration of transfers, changes of name or address, and licenses relating to trademark rights and files, both in Spain and abroad.
