She joined CURELL SUÑOL in 2018. She assesses clients in trademark and copyright matters. Her functions in the firm consist of preparing and presenting writs in administrative proceedings relating to trademarks before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office and the EU Intellectual Property Office and in contentious-administrative appeals before the Spanish Courts. She advises on the out-of-court negotiations and participates in commercial proceedings before the Courts relating to trademarks. She also deals with matters related to the customs surveillance of trademark rights and police interventions (counterfeiting) representing clients in criminal proceedings.

Graduated in Law at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) in 2017, took her Master’s Degree in Access to Law at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) in 2019 and the Master’s Degree in Industrial and Intellectual Property from the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB) in 2020. She also periodically attends courses of the Barcelona Bar Association such as the on-line course of Unfair Competition and marketing (April-May 2021) and the on-line Specialization Course in Entertainment and Image Law (September-November 2021).

She has participated in the preparation of the following reports of the Spanish Group of AIPPI: Q-273 “Descriptiveness as a defense” (2020); Q-279 “Reasonable awareness in compensation for infringement of IP rights” (2021) and in Q-282 “Moral Rights” (2022).

She is a member of:
