He joined CURELL SUÑOL in 2014. His functions in the Firm consist in assessing clients in matters related to patent and design protection, preparation of patent and industrial design applications in Spain, the European Union and worldwide, analysing freedom to operate and patentability.
He previously worked as R&D Director in Prosodie Ibérica (now part of the Cap Gemini group) leading a team of engineers in the areas of Telecommunications and Software Development with the aim to create and help to evolve the company’s products portfolio, as well as ad-hoc solutions for clients such as Telefónica, Vodafone, La Caixa, Deutsche Bank and Allianz, among others. During that period, he specialized in telephony technologies and voice processing, especially IVR, voice recognition and synthesis, and software development in general. He also worked in team, product and project management.
M.Sc. in Telecommunications Engineering, specialized in Communications, by the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC). His senior project was about atmospheric LIDAR data processing methods and algorithms in the Signal Theory and Communications Department.
