She joined CURELL SUÑOL in February 2019. Her functions in the firm consist of advising clients on the registration and defence of their trademarks, dealing with administrative procedures (SPTO, EUIPO), preparation of oppositions and appeals both administrative and before the High Courts of Justice (contentious-administrative appeals), drafting of contracts and agreements, negotiations, out-of-court cease and desist letters and preparation of clearance and availability searches on earlier rights.

She formerly worked as a lawyer for the firm Oliveras Advocats. In addition, she actively collaborates pro bono with the entity for the defence of human rights SOS Racisme of Barcelona.

She has a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona (2014) and a Master of Law (2017) specialised in International Law and Human Rights’ protection from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC). She holds a master’s degree in Human Rights, Democracy and Globalization from the UOC (2018) and a Master in Bioethics and Law from the UB (2018).

Sha has attended international congresses organised by the International Institute of Human Rights in Strasbourg “La Santé et le droit international des droits de l’Homme” (2017) and “Children and International Human Rights” (2015).

She has broadened her training by attending specialised seminars and conferences on Industrial and Intellectual Property Rights. She has also attended the “Special Course on Trade mark Law” (University Complutense of Madrid).

She has written several articles, the last one, about the Metaverse, was published in the Newsletter TOP RANKED of 21 of June 2022.

She speaks Catalan, Spanish, French, English and has notions of German.
