Recordals and Trademark Departments
She joined CURELL SUÑOL in 2009. She deals with recordal applications of assignments, change of owner’s name and address, and licenses of use of trademark files in Spain and worldwide.
Her functions in the firm also consist in the management of foreign trademark and domain name applications, watching services preparing opposition proposals, coordination of foreign opposition proceedings, searches, providing client assistance, correspondence with clients and associates, preparing international budgets, invoicing, and monitoring of deadlines.
