Trademark Department, Oppositions and Watching
She joined CURELL SUÑOL in 1982. She is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the Trademark Oppositions Department. Her functions in the firm include providing watching services of publications (BOPI and WIPO Gazette of International Marks), preparing opposition proposals, preparing and filing oppositions against Spanish trademark applications and International trademark applications in Spain, corresponding with clients and associates, invoicing, surveilling and monitoring deadlines and administrative management of IP files.
