How is Advertising regulated?

Advertising Law is dedicated to the regulation of communications made by a natural or legal person, public or private, in the exercise of a commercial, industrial, artisanal or professional activity, with the aim of directly or indirectly promoting the contracting of movable or immovable goods, services, rights and obligations (Law 34/1988 General Law on Advertising). In other words, the communications contained in advertisements on radio, press, television, billboards and social networks.

  • We also deal with keyword advertising.
