She joined CURELL SUÑOL in 2010. Her functions in the Firm consist of attendance to meetings with examiners, members of the Board of Appeal and other officers of the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO), submission of applications, writs, replies to official actions and appeals, obtaining authorisations, legalisations and other formalities before official bodies, ministries, embassies, consulates, the permanent representation of the European Commission in Madrid and other entities; representation of the firm in police interventions (counterfeiting), amongst other activities.
She also handles patent formalities, both in connection with European Patent Validations in Spain and the protection of the client’s patents abroad.
She formerly worked as Administration and Marketing assistant in BLACK BOX COMUNICACIONES S.A. and as Head of Commercial Department in PREMIER ESPAÑA S.A. (Les Nouveaux Constructeurs).
She holds a Degree in Marketing by the Centro Español de Nuevas Profesiones, a Master in Advertisement, Marketing, Communication, E-Commerce and Protocol by the Escuela Europea de Dirección y Empresa and a Post-Degree Diploma in Intellectual Property Administration by Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI).
She speaks Spanish, French and English.
