He joined CURELL SUÑOL in 2026. His responsibilities at the firm include preparing documentation relating to pre-litigation and litigation matters, liaising with solicitors, dealing with courts, the police and customs authorities on issues of piracy and counterfeiting, invoicing and correspondence, and monitoring and managing deadlines.
He holds a law degree from the Autonomous University of Bucaramanga (Colombia), has studied International Humanitarian Law at the Externado University of Colombia (Bogotá) and holds a Master’s degree in Peace, Conflict and Development Studies from the Universitat Jaume I in Castelló de la Plana. He has also studied Literature at the University of Montreal and has undertaken various training courses in conflict transformation and development cooperation.
He previously worked in the humanitarian sector with international cooperation agencies and the third sector, as a university lecturer and workshop facilitator, and on the implementation of anti-racist and social change pedagogies through art. In addition to his experience in the legal field, he has devoted part of his life to writing academic, social research and music-related texts, contributing to print media in Colombia, Mexico and Spain.
