On 26 January 2026, the conference ‘Intellectual property rights: what to do if I suffer or commit an infringement’ will take place in Barcelona, organised by ACCIÓ – Agency for Business Competitiveness of the Government of Catalonia.
This session is aimed at companies and professionals who wish to learn, from a practical perspective, how to adequately protect their intellectual property rights and how to act both in the event of an infringement and in the event of having committed one.
As part of this conference, our partner Emil Edissonov will participate as a speaker, addressing the following points: legal mechanisms for action, evidence, notifications and response strategies, costs and risks.
