New partners in Curell Suñol

CURELL SUÑOL closes the year 2023 with very good news. Our associates Isabela Robledo McClymont, Emil Edissonov and Mercè Hernández Gázquez, Intellectual Property (IP) lawyers, have been appointed as new partners of the firm.

Isabela and Emil joined CURELL SUÑOL in 2010 and have been working in the Barcelona office since then. Mercè came back from North America in 2015, where she gained experience in IP, and joined CURELL SUÑOL the same year, also in the Barcelona office.

Their practice areas are trademarks, designs, patents, copyright, unfair competition and domain names, among others. They represent clients before the Spanish Courts, the Court of Justice of the EU, national and international bodies and in out-of-court settlement negotiations. They have all participated as speakers at national and international IP events.

As special features, we must highlight that Emil has also specialized in sports law; Isabela has a postgraduate degree in International Human Rights Law (International Human Rights and Field Operations, Issues in International Human Rights Law and Gender, Crime and Criminal Justice) and Mercè is a member of the New York Bar Association.

Their presence in our management team enriches the vision of CURELL SUÑOL. We hope to continue to grow and support your projects.
